I never would have thought that I could do well enough to get a B in Math 251, or a B+ in Math 141 last year for that matter. However, with your help and guidance these classes made much more sense, which allowed me to receive these grades. And because these subjects make more sense, I believe I will be able to succeed in other classes with much more ease.

Tutoring sessions were extremely helpful for Math 311-W, and Rege went out of his way to send extra explanations and proofs via email if we didn't cover them during a session. He made difficult concepts covered in the book and notes much easier to understand. After taking the final for the class, I can say that I feel confident about my overall grade in the course, which I owe to the helpful explanations and clarifications provided in tutoring sessions.

I am a major in Electrical Engineering and play a varsity sport. At times my workload can be a little overwhelming and I am not able to invest all the time I want into a course. This was the case with Math/Stat 418. With Dr. Serinko's help I was able to learn all of the concepts I needed for class as well as explore some areas of the subject I was curious about. He was able to fit a time to meet with me that fit my busy schedule. All it took was an hour or so each week to get a good grasp of the material.
