Rates for Spring 2012
The charge per session for any time up to an hour is- $30 for an individual and
- $25/person for a group of two or three.
Charges for any time over an hour in a session are prorated in quarter hour increments.
Payment is due at the end of each session.
Third-party Payments
Payments by a third-party, such as a parent, must be made for a minimum of five sessions in advance.Cancellation Policy
A session can be cancelled without penalty with a minimum of 24-hours’ notice.
For a group, a cancellation occurs when no member of the group attends a session. However, the individual rate and not the group rate will apply to any session at which only one member of a group is present.
There is no penalty for the first cancellation in the semester with less than 24-hours’notice. After the first cancellation without 24-hours’ notice in the semester, a $30 deposit must be maintained for the remainder of the semester. The deposit is forfeited and must be replenished following any subsequent cancellation in the semester with less than twenty-four hours’ notice.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the semester or whenever service comes to an end if it is prior to the end of the semester . Alternately, it may be applied to the payment of the last session of the semester.
